Orange Shirt Day is commemorated on September 30th each year. This year, all staff and students are encouraged to wear an orange shirt on Monday, September 30th. The message for Orange Shirt Day is that every child matters. Commemorating Orange Shirt Day helps to educate our students and communities on the history and legacy of the Residential School system. For more information, see the website:  http://www.orangeshirtday.org/

On Monday, September 30th, all staff and students across the OCSB are also encouraged to bring a donation of a quarter (25 cents) for the Wabano Center for Aborginal Health in Vanier.
